ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL is a business selling flowers, plants and complements for decoration that day by day we elaborate in a handmade way and according to the guidelines of the product displayed in the web catalog and the particular requests of the customer.
Located in Madrid, at 61 Fernandez de los rios street, we serve directly our products up to 20 kms away from the store, and to the rest of Spain, through associated florists, in order to provide same day service and maintain the quality of the product.
Due to the complexity and delicacy of the product we serve, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE EFFECTED, except in the circumstances detailed below:
- Defective product: in the case of cut flowers, the customer may request an exchange for another identical item if it is demonstrated within 24 hours after delivery that the flowers are unusable or in poor condition. You must provide photo proof before the end of 24 hours after delivery. In case of not being able to perform another identical service, a similar product of equal value will be offered or the return will be accepted.
- Cancellation prior to the preparation of the arrangement: The customer may cancel the order and request a change for another item or destination, always with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Returns will not be accepted within the same day chosen for delivery, although a change of destination within the same city or geographical area will be allowed with the same shipping cost.
- Special orders: certain orders requested by customers and which require the material to be brought in by order, will not be accepted for cancellation even before 24 hours. These ranges will depend on the type of product and the time required to receive it from the wholesaler and its processing. This is the case of bridal bouquets with special flowers, or in general those arrangements that are not previously included in the catalog, as well as certain complements to the flowers that must be elaborated by third parties in a handmade way. For example, cakes and pastries in general.
- The receiver wishes to exchange the item: it will only be valid for plants, preserved flowers and decorative complements. They will have a maximum of 48 hours to exchange the item for another of equal value in our store. In case of requiring to be picked up by a courier, it could be required the payment of an additional amount in concept of postage. In the case of cut flowers, only one change of recipient will be admitted according to the above mentioned conditions.
- Unsuccessful recipientIn case the recipient refuses the flowers or it is impossible to deliver them even at another address, a change to another recipient at another address will be admitted within 24/48 hours. If there is no possibility and the situation is due to force majeure, a partial refund never exceeding 50% will be accepted.
- 6. Errors in our catalog or service performed: in case the customer has requested a service or product that has not been served by mistake or is not available, the refund will be made automatically.
