What you do, in 3 steps

  1. Choose any of the products we offer in our catalog and click on it to share it, if you want to add more items to your order return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping.
  2. Enter your details and those of the recipient of the flowers, the delivery date and the message you want us to deliver with them.
  3. Enter your credit card or paypal information to make payment 100% secure. If you are paying by credit card, please note that, depending on the country, you may be asked for the security code for on-line purchase. If you do not have this code it is better to put Paypal as payment method and once inside Paypal, among other options, you will be given the option to pay by credit card and in this way you can do it without the security code.

What we do once we have received your order, in 2 steps:

  1. We receive and check your order and send you the invoice to the e-mail address you have previously provided.
  2. We prepare your order with flowers subjected to strict quality controls and serve it on the appointed day. We reach all Spain and a large number of countries around the world.

Can I buy directly over the phone?

If you prefer to make your purchase directly, you can call our Customer Service telephone number (914 748 082 or 619 159 013) between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and one of our operators will take note of your order.

In this case, you will have to provide your data and those of the recipient to the operator who will attend you, as well as the digits of your credit card in order to be able to make the payment.

What is the CSC requested in the purchase form and where can I find it?

The CSC (Card Security System) is the Security Code that all credit cards have. This code is called by different names, depending on the institution to which your card belongs: Visa calls it CVV2. Mastercard calls it CVC2 , etc.
Your CSC is printed on the back of most cards (usually under the magnetic stripe, where the card is signed). All or part of the card number appears before the CSC.

What time will the flowers I order be delivered?

We guarantee delivery as long as the recipient is there and the information is correct, in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on what you mark on the order, we will, however, take into account your choice of a time slot for delivery of the order, but we can not completely guarantee that this will be fulfilled as we depend on the number of orders and the delivery route. Therefore, we recommend, if you are in doubt as to whether the flowers will be there, that you provide us with a telephone number of the person who will receive the flowers so that we can contact them in case they are not at the address indicated at the time the flowers arrive.

Can I place an order for delivery on a Sunday or holiday?

The delivery service operates between Monday and Saturday, no delivery service on Sundays unless the population to be served has service on holidays and provided you place the order before 12 noon on Saturday. On holidays there will be delivery if when ordering online allows you to indicate the date as possible delivery day, if you order by phone we will indicate the possibility of delivery on the desired holiday. On Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, even if they are holidays, there will be delivery all day long.

How will the flowers reach the recipient?

They will arrive at their destination perfectly hydrated and in perfect condition because we take care of their transportation, always traveling well conditioned and in water from the florist to their destination to maintain their freshness, also the vans are prepared to transport flowers and plants in optimal conditions.

What to do with the flowers once received?

Once the flowers have been received, it is important to dedicate a few minutes to them so that their freshness is maintained for a longer period of time. You should trim the stems and put the flowers in water. Remember to put in the vase a couple of drops of pure bleach; this will allow a longer and better conservation.
Try to change the water of the flowers regularly, this will allow them to last longer.

Are the prices shown on the products total or do other amounts have to be added?

The prices shown in the catalog next to each product are total and are NOT increased at the end of the order with postage or commissions. These prices are those that the customer sees at the time of purchase and are the result of adding the price of the product plus the corresponding VAT. You can also check them at any time by checking the status of your shopping cart.
