Delivery address When you place an order, you must fill in all address fields, including the recipient's phone number and yours. Try not to use addresses where you think the recipient will not be present for most of the day.
ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL guarantees same day delivery of the "Flower Collection" orders as long as the order is placed before the cut-off times indicated by the system - and taking into account the unique product specifications for the different locations in Spain that the system cannot discriminate - throughout the purchasing process, if you want to send an order very urgently please call 914748082. Orders are not delivered on Sundays unless MOTHER'S DAY or VALENTINE'S DAY falls on a Sunday. In any case if you want a delivery on a national or local holiday, better ask first the availability of delivery in the desired location, it may be that the delivery can be made. Special Occasions and local holidays: In general, the limit hours of request of orders for special occasions are limited to that you make the orders with sufficient time in advance so that we can manage them without problem and are served in the desired schedule, morning or afternoon, this for Madrid capital, Madrid community and Spain. The acceptance of orders will depend on what the system allows in each case and the destination location, according to the specifications of each product in this regard visible in the article. The products only include the components listed in the product description. ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL serves products from other establishments as a complement to our flowers, such as chocolates, fruit, candies, biscuits and cakes and low alcoholic beverages. In the latter case, our deliverymen will require age verification of recipients who may be under 18 years of age - as prohibited by Spanish law - and reserve the right to deliver the product, proceeding to pay the amount thereof within a maximum period of 48 hours. In the case of combined compositions, the total amount will be refunded minus the delivery costs, which will be between 10 and 20 Euros. Vases and other components are not included unless mentioned in the product description and are only used to display the product. In the product photographs, the bouquets are always presented in an approximate size. Product photographs are a representation of the floral arrangements and may vary (see Substitution Policy below).
Roses will never be substituted for other flowers or floral products without prior notification. Floral arrangements are unique and handmade. On our part, we do our best to make your order as close as possible to the product photos and descriptions. In some cases, local florists may not have some components in stock. If so, they will automatically be substituted with items of equivalent or greater value. We will always respect the value and concept of the product you have selected. If the local florist is out of stock of an add-on, we will add the amount paid for this component to the total value of the flowers and create a larger bouquet.
ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL guarantees the delivery of bouquets for a specific day up to 2 months in advance, but, we can NOT assure you that if the order is placed well in advance for Valentine's Day roses have that price for that date, we may contact you to request a supplement in the cost. However, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day unless you contact us and we can adjust the schedule to meet your needs. In some cases, we will contact the recipient by telephone to guarantee delivery on the requested date.
Orders will always be invoiced in Euros. ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL will not be responsible for any difference due to currency exchange or rates applied by your bank. To see the exact price of an item, see the price option in Euros.
Orders for hospital, hotel or business addresses require that you include the name and phone number of the hospital, hotel or business on the order. In the case of hospitals, we will also need the hospital room number and the recipient's room number at the hotel or the name of the person checking in. ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL will send the bouquet respecting the facility's procedures and will not accept any responsibility in cases where these procedures prevent the delivery from being carried out correctly. However, the staff of the local florist will always try to ensure that the order reaches its recipient. Please note that many hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver bouquets to individual rooms and most ICUs do not allow flowers. Check the hospital's policy before placing an order. ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL cannot provide refunds if the delivery could not be carried out for any of the reasons mentioned above.
In the event that you wish to cancel an order, we will refund the amount of your order in accordance with the following penalties: The full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is requested up to 48 hours before the delivery date of the order. A full refund minus 20% will be given if the cancellation is requested up to 24 hours before the delivery date of the order. No refund will be given if the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the delivery date of the order or the floral arrangement has already been made. *Any commissions, fees or currency conversion costs incurred by ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL during the transaction will be subtracted from the refund. In case of making a purchase whose delivery is unfeasible by product and / or destination and the customer has been clearly notified through the product specifications or shipping methods, the cancellation will be immediate p, prior notice by e-mail to the buyer and will proceed to refund within 48 hours. In this case, ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL will not be responsible for management fees issued by financial institutions for payment of the transactions made.
If you place two or more identical orders, we will refund the full amount of the duplicate order, provided the local florist has not created and delivered the item. If the local florist has delivered the item, we will not be able to refund the amount of the duplicate order. ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL will not be responsible for any duplicate order. Modifications of the order data: To modify the data of an order, you must log in and enter your account ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL or call us by phone providing the order number. The access data to your account will be provided with each order. The validity of the modifications of the order data is only guaranteed if the information is modified two days before delivery. If you have provided incorrect delivery details, we cannot guarantee delivery of the item. In most cases, you will be able to change the information before the delivery date. If the florist informs us that the delivery address is incorrect, we will try to contact you and request new information. However, we decline any responsibility in case we are unable to contact you. In some cases, we may be able to deliver the order to the new address at no additional cost, although this will depend on the status of the new address and the costs incurred by the local florist. On some rare occasions, we may have to contact you to request an increase in the price of the order in order to deliver the flowers. Working with local florists has great advantages in terms of quality and delivery times. However, in some rare cases, the local florist may be subject to certain restrictions: If the delivery address of the order is a remote location and the florist's staff needs to apply an additional long distance fee. If some items are out of stock or market prices suddenly increase due to local seasonal changes. If market prices for special events or occasions increase above the additional value we advertise. Deliveries that cannot be made because, at the time of delivery, the recipient is not present at the address provided by the sender. Lower quality of flowers and plants due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the sender or a change in the delivery address requested by the sender. Problems with the quality of flowers and plants when delivery is delayed because the sender requires the signature of the receiver. Complaints Any possible complaints should be submitted together with the order number, sender's details, recipient information and digital photographs clearly showing the product and time of delivery. Any complaints should be submitted as soon as possible after the delivery date and no later than 24 hours after delivery. This factor is very important, as it will allow us to properly review the complaint with the local florists. After this date, we will not be able to consider any complaint.Changes and returns: No returns are allowed after delivery of the product, under any circumstances dependent on the customer/recipient. The customer/recipient may contact the local florist, within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, and request a change of product or improvement of the arrangement if he/she is not satisfied with what he/she has received. Only if there is a manifest impossibility to go to the local florist to make the change may be postponed for 24-48 hours, but must demonstrate photographically the reasons for dissatisfaction upon receipt of the item. If there is no possibility to go to the local florist to make the exchange, a maximum refund of 50% of the product delivered will be made. It will be up to the local florist to determine if the reasons for non-conformity are admissible. We remind you that flowers and plants are delicate biological products and are subject to continuous changes and alterations. No substitutions or changes will be admitted under any circumstances, due to minimum defects, state of opening of the flowers or particular criteria of the client/recipient if this entails the disposal of the product that was initially sent.
