Hello, it is possible that what happens to your azaleas, is the water you use, if it contains a lot of lime, it is bad for the azaleas, you must use a neutral water; if the water is directly from the tap, the chlorine it contains affects them, leave it in the air 24 hours and water with it afterwards. They may also be over or under watered, water them thoroughly and wait for them to dry out, then water thoroughly again. The same may be happening with your Ficus. I hope this helps.
